Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor utama keberhasilan dari suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Dalam suatu perusahaan, diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten karena sumber daya manusia merupakan aset yang paling berharga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, self efficacy dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR Parasari Badung. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. BPR Parasari Badung dengan total sampel sebanyak 64 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang berarti semakin meningkat disiplin kerja maka kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR Parasari Badung mengalami peningkatan. Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang berarti bahwa semakin baik self efficacy maka kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR Parasari Badung meningkat. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang berarti bahwa semakin meningkat beban kerja maka kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR Parasari Badung menurun.

 

Human resources constitute a significant element in the achievement of organizational and corporate success. A company requires competent human resources because they are its most valuable asset. The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of work discipline, self-efficacy, and workload on employee performance at PT. The Bali Provincial Government (BPR) of Badung. The present study was conducted at PT. A total of 64 employees were included in the BPR Parasari Badung sample. The sampling technique employed in this study was saturated sampling. The data for this study was collected through a variety of methods, including documentation, interviews, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique employed in this study was multiple linear regression analysis, which was processed using SPSS version 26 software. The findings of the present study demonstrate that work discipline exerts a positive and significant influence on employee performance, thereby indicating that an enhancement in work discipline is concomitant with an enhancement in employee performance at PT. The Bali Provincial Government (BPR) of Badung. Self-efficacy has been demonstrated to exert a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that an enhancement in self-efficacy is associated with elevated employee performance at PT. The Bali Provincial Government (BPR) of Badung. The present study posits that workload exerts a deleterious effect on employee performance, with a negative and significant correlation between the two variables. This suggests that as workload increases, employee performance at PT decreases. The Bali Provincial Government (BPR) of Badung.
