Copyright and License

Authors who publish with EMAS: Jurnal Ekonomi, Manajemen dan Bisnis retain the copyright of their articles and grant the journal the right of first publication.

All articles published in EMAS are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) .

Under this license, readers and other users may copy, distribute, display, adapt, remix, and build upon the published material for any lawful purpose, provided that:

  1. Appropriate credit is given to the author or authors and EMAS as the original source of publication;
  2. A link to the CC BY-SA 4.0 license is provided;
  3. Any changes made to the original work are clearly indicated; and
  4. Adapted or derivative works are distributed under the same license.

Authors grant EMAS the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, preserve, index, and make their articles permanently available in electronic or other formats.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted tables, figures, photographs, instruments, datasets, or other third-party materials included in their manuscripts. Any material not covered by the CC BY-SA 4.0 license must be clearly identified with the applicable copyright and permission information.

The journal permits authors to deposit the published version of their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other scholarly platforms, provided that the original publication in EMAS is properly acknowledged and linked through the article’s DOI or official journal webpage.
