For Reviewers
EMAS relies on qualified and independent peer reviewers to maintain the academic quality and integrity of published articles.
Reviewers are expected to:
- evaluate manuscripts objectively, fairly, and confidentially;
- assess originality, methodological soundness, analysis, discussion, and contribution of the manuscript;
- provide clear and constructive comments to assist authors and editors;
- disclose any potential conflict of interest;
- complete the review within the assigned period; and
- follow the journal's publication ethics and peer-review policies.
Reviewers must not use generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) to analyze, summarize, evaluate, score, or generate review comments or recommendations on submitted manuscripts, and must not upload confidential manuscript materials to GenAI systems.
For detailed procedures, reviewers should refer to the journal's Peer Review Process and Generative AI Policy.
