Abstract

Kepuasan kerja sangat penting untuk produktivitas keseluruhan industri apa pun, baik bagi pemberi kerja maupun karyawan. Penilaian kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah evaluasi yang kompleks dari berbagai berbagai elemen dari pekerjaan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik individu, penempatan karyawan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Negari Agro Wisata Kopi & Balinese House Gianyar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Negari Agro Wisata Kopi & Balinese House Gianyar yang berjumlah 40 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Negari Agro Wisata Kopi & Balinese House Gianyar sebanyak 40 responden. Metode pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner dengan skala likert 5 poin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis data menghasilkan bahwa Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada Negari Agro Wisata Kopi & Balinese House Gianyar, Penempatan Karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada Negari Agro Wisata Kopi & Balinese House Gianyar, dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada Negari Agro Wisata Kopi & Balinese House Gianyar
