Abstract

Female entrepreneurs often experience complex role demands because they must manage business responsibilities and family obligations simultaneously. This condition may generate work-family conflict (WFC), which can influence psychological well-being and business sustainability. This article aims to analyze the role of resilience as a protective factor in reducing the negative effects of WFC among female entrepreneurs. The study uses a descriptive qualitative literature review approach by analyzing relevant scientific publications from 2016–2026. The findings indicate that resilience reduces the impact of WFC through adaptive capacity, emotional regulation, cognitive reframing, and adaptive coping strategies. Social support, entrepreneurial experience, and digital literacy strengthen resilience by helping female entrepreneurs maintain work-family balance and sustain their businesses. This study contributes to entrepreneurship and management literature by explaining resilience as a strategic psychological capability that enables female entrepreneurs to manage work-family conflict and maintain business sustainability.
