Withdrawal of Manuscript

Authors are not permitted to withdraw a manuscript that is currently under review, except under exceptional and well-justified circumstances. Withdrawal at this stage represents an inefficient use of the time, effort, and resources invested by editors, reviewers, and the publisher in the editorial process.

If authors wish to proceed with a withdrawal request, they must submit a signed “Article Withdrawal Form”, completed either by all authors or by the corresponding author, clearly stating the reasons for the withdrawal. A manuscript will be considered withdrawn only after the Editorial Office issues official written confirmation.
