Copyright and First Publication Rights

Authors retain copyright and grant Jurnal Hukum Saraswati (JHS) the right of first publication. The published work is simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

This license permits others to copy, distribute, display, adapt, and build upon the work for any purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author or authors and the original publication in this journal is properly acknowledged.

Additional Distribution

Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work. Such arrangements may include depositing the article in an institutional repository or including it in a book, provided that its initial publication in Jurnal Hukum Saraswati (JHS) is properly acknowledged.

Self-Archiving
