Jurnal Hukum Saraswati (JHS) is a peer-reviewed journal published by Faculty of Law – Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar. It constitutes three issues in one year (June and December). Contrarius is an open access and peer-reviewed journal that aims to offer an international academic platform for cross-border legal research in advancing scholarly research on Economic Law and Technology Law, particularly in developing and emerging countries.
