Abstract

The process of teaching and learning in Junior High School Tour Sanur is still going one way that causes students tend to be passive. Therefore, it is needed a cooperative learning that can improve student cooperation in the team, by using cooperative learning model of Ariston jigsaw type based on mind mapping on student creativity. This study aims to analyze the application of cooperative learning model Jigsaw Aronson type based on mind mapping on the creativity of junior high school students in Sanur Denpasar. This research is included in this type of pre-experimental design research using one-group pretest-posttes design. The study was conducted at SMP WisataSanur Denpasar from February to May 2018. The population in this study is all students of class VIII SMP Tour Sanur Denpasar, sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique which is a sampling technique based on certain considerations. Sothe sample used in this research is one class that is VIIIC class with the number of 36 people from 20 male students and 16 female students, Instrument that used is Rubrics Creativity Making Mind Mapping with seven aspects of creativity and using analysis techniques Test Wilcoxon Mached Pairs. Based on the results of comparative analysis of creativity scores of maind mapping before and after the implementation of cooperative learning model Jigsaw Aronson type increased 26.66 to 45.11 with the significance of each aspect of creativity that is Design (p = .027), Color (p =, 026), Ide and Context (p = .027), Combining ideas (p = .028), Hierarchy Level (p = .027), Presentation Concept (p = .024). This is reinforced by Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test results showing the real difference between before and after learning using Jigsaw Aronson type cooperative learning model on creativity score with significance level (p = 0.018). The conclusion of this research is that the application of cooperative learning model Jigsaw Aronson type based on mind mapping can improve the creativity of junior high school students in Sanur.
