PENGUATAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER MELALUI VALUE BASED TRAINING BAGI PESERTA DIDIK DI SDN 2 JEHEM BANGLI

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter peserta didik melalui pendekatan Value Based Training di SDN 2 Jehem Bangli. Latar belakang program ini berangkat dari pentingnya penanaman nilai- nilai positif sejak dini, seperti disiplin, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, dan kejujuran, yang menjadi fondasi pembentukan karakter generasi muda. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan interaktif, diskusi kelompok, serta praktik penerapan nilai dalam aktivitas sehari-hari siswa. Peserta kegiatan adalah siswa kelas IV–VI SDN 2 Jehem Bangli yang terlibat secara aktif dalam seluruh rangkaian pelatihan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai pentingnya nilai-nilai karakter serta kemampuan mereka dalam menginternalisasi nilai tersebut dalam perilaku sehari-hari, baik di sekolah maupun di lingkungan keluarga. Dengan demikian, program Value Based Training terbukti efektif sebagai upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter, sekaligus menjadi model kegiatan yang dapat diimplementasikan secara berkelanjutan di sekolah dasar.
