GOOGLE CLASSROOM DALAM PENDIDIKAN: SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW TENTANG EFEKTIVITAS, TANTANGAN, DAN TREN PEMANFAATANNYA

Saat ini aspek digitalisasi telah memicu transformasi pembelajaran melalui penggunaan berbagai Learning Manajemen System (LMS), salah satunya adalah Google Classroom. Namun, hasil penelitian terkait penggunaan Google Classroom masih tersebar di berbagai konteks pendidikan, sehingga memerlukan studi yang lebih komprehensif. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas, tantangan, dan tren penggunaan Google Classroom dalam pendidikan melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman PRISMA 2020 dengan menganalisis 11 artikel yang diterbitkan antara 2021 dan 2023 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan mengidentifikasi tujuan penelitian, metodologi, hasil penelitian, dan rekomendasi yang diberikan oleh setiap studi. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa Google Classroom memiliki dampak positif pada hasil belajar, motivasi belajar, literasi membaca, keterampilan bahasa Inggris, efektivitas manajemen kelas, dan komunikasi antara guru dan siswa. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan Google Classroom meliputi kemudahan penggunaan, kegunaan yang dirasakan dari mereka, pengetahuan teknologi, dan sikap pengguna terhadap teknologi. Namun, implementasi Google Classroom masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti infrastruktur internet yang terbatas, rendahnya literasi digital, kurangnya pelatihan, dan hambatan interaksi selama pembelajaran daring. Oleh karena itu, meningkatkan kompetensi digital pendidik dan memberikan dukungan dalam kebijakan pendidikan diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan Google Classroom dalam pembelajaran.
