PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. HD MOTOR 99 DENPASAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. HD Motor 99 Denpasar. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 75 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi yang tinggi memungkinkan karyawan melaksanakan tugas secara efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi. Disiplin kerja yang baik penting untuk menjaga konsistensi dan tanggung jawab karyawan terhadap target yang telah ditetapkan. Sementara kepuasan kerja yang tinggi menciptakan suasana kerja yang positif. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar PT. HD Motor 99 Denpasar harus meningkatkan kompetensi karyawannya melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan, memastikan pelaksanaan disiplin kerja yang konsisten, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kepuasan karyawan.
