Responsibilities of Editors

Editors are responsible for making publication decisions based solely on the scholarly merit, originality, significance, and relevance of submitted manuscripts. Editorial decisions must not be influenced by the authors’ nationality, ethnicity, gender, institutional affiliation, political beliefs, or personal characteristics.

Editors must ensure a fair, confidential, and unbiased peer-review process. They are responsible for safeguarding the integrity of the academic record and addressing ethical concerns promptly and appropriately.

Editors shall not use unpublished materials disclosed in submitted manuscripts for their own research without the explicit written consent of the authors. Any conflicts of interest involving editors must be disclosed and managed appropriately.
