Author Publishing Agreement

This Author Publishing Agreement is entered into by the author(s) and the International Journal of Applied Science and Sustainable Development (IJASSD) upon the acceptance of a manuscript for publication.

By submitting and publishing a manuscript in IJASSD, the author(s) agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Originality and Author Responsibility

The author(s) confirm that the submitted manuscript is an original work that has not been published previously and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The author(s) ensure that the manuscript does not contain any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, or falsification, and that all sources have been properly cited.

The author(s) take full responsibility for the content of the manuscript, including the accuracy of data, statements, and references. Any errors discovered after publication must be promptly reported to the editorial team for correction or retraction if necessary.

  1. Copyright and Licensing

The author(s) retain full copyright of the published work. By publishing in IJASSD, the author(s) grant the journal the right of first publication.

The published article will be licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, including commercial use, provided that the original author(s) and source are properly credited.

  1. Author Rights

The author(s) have the right to:

  • Share and distribute the published version of the article
  • Deposit the article in institutional or subject repositories
  • Use the article in future works such as books or teaching materials

All such uses must acknowledge the original publication in IJASSD.

  1. Ethical Compliance

The author(s) confirm that:

  • The manuscript complies with ethical standards in research and publication

Failure to comply with ethical standards may result in rejection, correction, or retraction of the article.

IJASSD reserves the right to:

By submitting a manuscript to IJASSD, the author(s) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Author Publishing Agreement and all journal policies, including those related to publication ethics, plagiarism, copyright, and open access.
