Reformulasi Kebijakan Pengelolaan Sampah Berbasis Ekonomi Silkular Pada Sektor Pariwisata Di Kabupaten Badung Provinsi Bali

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of waste management policies in the tourism sector in Badung Regency and formulate the need for circular economy-based policy reformulation. Badung Regency as the center of Bali tourism produces high waste generation so it requires more integrated and sustainable management. With the formulation of the problem, What is the Waste Management Policy in the Tourism Sector in Badung Regency? and How to Reformulate Silkular Economy-Based Waste Management Policy in the Tourism Sector in Badung Regency?. This study uses an empirical method with a factual approach and a legal sociological approach, with data collection through interviews with local government agencies, tourism business actors, TPS 3R managers, and field observations in tourist areas. The results show that although there have been regulations regarding waste reduction and the implementation of the 3R, the implementation has not been optimal due to limited infrastructure, lack of economic incentives, weak institutional coordination, and low waste segregation culture. Therefore, a policy reformulation that emphasizes economic incentives, strengthening TPS 3R, improving public education, and multi-stakeholder collaboration is needed to create efficient waste management and support sustainable tourism
