Abstract

The success or not of a company is very dependent on human resources owned. Human resources is a potential human ability that consists of the ability to think, communicate, act, and morally to carry out technical and managerial activities in an organization or company. This research aims to find out the effect of reward and punishment on the performance of Vision Villa Resort And Genius Cafe Gianyar employees.

The study was conducted at Vision Villa Resort And Genius Cafe Gianyar using a population and sample of 33 respondents. The sample determination technique used in this study is by saturated sampling method or census method. Data collection is done through interviews, observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS software version 23.0.

Based on the results of the analysis, this study showed that rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Vision Villa Resort And Genius Cafe Gianyar.
