Abstract

KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma is currently experiencing problems with increasing employee turnover rates, where in the last five years the employee turnover rate of KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma has exceeded the tolerable standard. The high employee turnover rate will certainly lead to a decrease in the performance of KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma in serving customers considering that the outgoing employees are senior and experienced employees who can be relied on in their work. The high level of employee turnover at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma may be due to the low organizational commitment of employees, work motivation has not been maximized and compensation is still considered not in accordance with the workload carried out by employees.

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of organizational commitment, work motivation, and compensation on employee turnover intention at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma in Pengotan Village, Bangli. The population used in this study were all employees at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma in Pengotan Village, Bangli as many as 46 people. The method of determining the sample uses a saturated sample technique, so that the entire population is used as a sample taken using a random sampling technique. The analytical tools used are multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination, and t test.

The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma. And compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma. It is recommended to KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma to hold activities that make employees excited and happy at work such as holding joint recreation for all employees of KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma.
