Abstract

Quality human resources also determine high or low employee performance for the organization to achieve its goals. There are many factors that influence employee performance, including work ethic, work motivation and work discipline. Likewise at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative, work ethic, work motivation and work discipline are factors that can influence employee performance. There is attention and findings regarding the issues of work ethic, work motivation and work discipline in an effort to improve and enhance employee performance in accordance with the aim of this research to determine the influence of work ethic, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Klungkung Srinadi Market Cooperative.

The population in this study was 250 people. The number of samples in this study was 72 people. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application.

The research results show that: 1) Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative.
