Agrimeta Journal upholds the highest standards of publication ethics, which include:
This statement of scientific publication ethics is a code of conduct for all parties involved in the journal publication process: publishers, editors, reviewers, and authors. The core ethical values are:

3. Integrity – Free from duplication, fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism.

Duties and Responsibilities

Journal Management
• Define the journal’s name, scientific scope, periodicity, and accreditation (if required).
• Appoint editorial board members.
• Define the relationships between publishers, editors, reviewers, and other parties through a contract.
• Respect confidentiality regarding contributors, authors, editors, and reviewers.
• Enforce norms and rules concerning intellectual property rights, especially copyright.
• Review journal policies and communicate them to authors, editorial board, reviewers, and readers.
• Establish codes of conduct for editors and reviewers.
• Publish the journal regularly.
• Ensure funding for journal sustainability.
• Build cooperation networks and marketing.
• Handle licensing and legal aspects.

Editors
• Bridge the needs of readers and authors.
• Continuously improve publication quality.
• Apply processes to ensure the quality of published works.
• Prioritize objective freedom of expression.
• Maintain the academic integrity of authors.
• Provide corrections, clarifications, retractions, and apologies when necessary.
• Be responsible for formatting and writing style; the content remains the authors’ responsibility.
• Actively seek input from authors, readers, reviewers, and the editorial board to improve publication quality.
• Encourage journal evaluations if issues arise.
• Support initiatives to reduce research and publication errors, including requiring Ethics Clearance forms.
• Educate researchers about publication ethics.
• Review how editorial policies affect authors and reviewers and improve accountability.
• Remain open to new or opposing views.
• Avoid personal bias in decision-making.
• Encourage authors to revise manuscripts for publication.

Reviewers
• Appointed by the editor to review manuscripts and provide feedback for publication eligibility.
• Must not review manuscripts with which they have a conflict of interest.
• Maintain author confidentiality and not share corrections, feedback, or recommendations.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve manuscripts.
• Re-review revised manuscripts in accordance with scientific standards.

Authors

• Declare the source of funding or resources, whether direct or indirect.

• Respond professionally and promptly to reviewers’ comments.
• Notify the editor if they wish to withdraw their manuscript.
• Confirm that the submitted work is original, unpublished elsewhere in any language, and not under consideration by another publisher
