<p><em>A company, whether it is government-owned or private, wants maximum achievement related to increasing optimal performance results. This research aims to determine the effect of workload, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Mitra Krida Mandiri in Badung Regency. The population and sample in this research were employees of PT Gumuh Sari Rekreasi Badung Regency, totaling 40 people as research respondents. The sampling method in this research is the saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out through documentation, interviews and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this research shows that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, which means that the more the workload increases, the performance at PT Gumuh Sari Rekreasi Kabupaten Badung will experience a decline. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that the better the work discipline, the performance at PT Gumuh Sari Rekreasi Badung Regency will increase. <p><em>Maximizing human resources is the main focus in institutions generally in improving teacher performance. Teacher performance is influenced by many factors such as motivation, self-efficacy and work discipline. This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, self-efficacy and work discipline on teacher performance. The location of this research is at SMP Negeri 7 Denpasar. The population used teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Denpasar and a sample of 50 teachers. Data analysis techniques use Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Correlation Test, Determination Coefficient, F Test and t Test. From the research results, it was found that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Suggestions that can be given by researchers are that teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Denpasar should always increase their motivation to achieve the vision and mission of the SMP Negeri 7 Denpasar institution, provide training to teachers to increase teachers' self-confidence in teaching students, give strict sanctions to teachers who make mistakes, provide motivation to teachers so that later teachers can achieve the targets that have been set. </em></p>Ni Made Satya Utami, Ni Putu Ayu Sintya Saraswati, Ni Kadek Ayu Martini

<p><em>The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, competence and emotional intelligence on teacher performance at East Selemadeg 3 State Junior High School. The sample in this research were all 32 teachers at East Selemadeg 3 State Junior High School. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis to answer the problem formulation with the help of the SPSS Version 25 For Windows program. In increasing the productivity of its employees, the company employs several methods, including the application of reasonable compensation, motivating applications, and the creation of conducive working conditions. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the physical work environment, compensation, and motivation on employee work productivity at the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung. </em></p> <p><em>The population in this study was all 35 employees of the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung. In this study, the sample size was determined using a saturated sample, namely all 35 employees of the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung, with the data collection method using a questionnaire. <p><em>The profitability of a company shows the comparison of profits with the assets or capital that produce these profits. Profitability can be used as a measure of a company's success, because the profits generated by the company are useful for company funding activities which can be saved in the form of retained earnings or used as dividends for shareholders who have contributed to helping fund the company.</em></p> <p><em>The population of this research is property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The sample in this research was 21 property companies which were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.</em></p> <p><em>The research results show that liquidity, size and leverage have a positive effect on profitability. In this regard, good quality human resources are one of the factors that affect the quality of employee performance so that the success of a company can be measured in general, it cannot be separated from the ability of human resources to maximize the achievement of goals and targets set by the company. The best management of human resources will improve the quality of human resources because the quality of human resources is a strength for the company to achieve targets and goals, one of which is by improving employee performance. This study aims to test whether there is an influence of competence, career development and work discipline on employee performance at PT. BPR Ulatidana Rahayu, Gianyar Regency. The population of this study were employees at PT. BPR Ulatidana Rahayu, Gianyar Regency. The determination of respondents was selected using a non-probability sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample with a saturated sampling method and a sample size of 35 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distribution method. Tiara Dewata Yeh Aya Supermarket is one of the oldest supermarkets in Bali and is still operating today. This research aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of brand equity, physical evidence, and responsiveness on consumer repurchase interest at Tiara Dewata Yeh Aya. This research was conducted at Tiara Dewata Yeh Aya (PT. Adikarya Pangan Freshindo) using qualitative and quantitative data types. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style transformationa,l work environment, work motivation towards employee performance at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. This research was conducted at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. The sample in this study was 35 employees. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reality test, classical assumption test, multiple correlation analysis, determination coefficient analysis, f test and t test through SPSS program version 25. <p><em>The aim of this study was to analyze the impact of self-leadership, motivation, and self-efficacy on employee performance. The population under investigation consisted of employees at PT Tirta Investama. The sample for this study comprised 86 respondents, selected through simple random sampling. A questionnaire was utilized to collect primary data from the 86 respondents. The research employed regression analysis to ascertain the influence of self-leadership, motivation, and self-efficacy on employee performance. The results, derived from multiple linear regression analysis, revealed several significant findings. The T-test indicated that self-leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a coefficient value of 0.210 and a significance level of 0.007, which is below the threshold of</em></p> <p><em>0.05. Motivation similarly demonstrated a positive and significant impact on employee performance, with a coefficient value of 0.260 and a significance level of 0.000, below the 0.05 threshold. Additionally, self- efficacy exhibited a positive and significant effect, supported by a coefficient value of 0.276 and a significance level of 0.000, below the 0.05 threshold. The population and sample in this research were ASN employees at the Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Kabupaten Gianyar, totaling 40 people. Where the sample selection method used in this research is the census method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires with the analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the research show that partially and simultaneously individual characteristics, organizational commitment, and organizational support have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. <p><em>Capital structure is very important for a company because it involves the policy of using the most profitable sources of funds. A good capital structure will have an impact on the company, and indirectly, the company's financial position will increase and the company value will be high. Companies that have an optimal capital structure will produce an optimal level of development, and vice versa. This research aims to explain the influence of profitability, asset structure, and investment opportunity set on the capital structure of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was 25 companies determined using the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis in this research uses a multiple linear regression model using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this research show that profitability has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, while asset structure and investment opportunity set have a positive and significant effect on capital structure. This research was conducted in Denpasar City among consumers of Y.O.U cosmetic products with a sample of 75 respondents in this study. The sample determination method in this study was taken using the Hair formula. Data collection was carried out through documentation, interviews and questionnaire methods. <p><em>Today's increasingly rapid developments are directing all aspects of human life towards modernization. Aspects of fulfilling life's needs, such as shopping, of course also lead to modernization and are increasing very rapidly. Marketplace is one of the shopping innovations in this era of modernization. The innovation offered by the marketplace is its role as a third party who becomes an intermediary or gathering place between many sellers and their buyers. Currently, many marketplaces have filled the online shopping market in Indonesia. Shopee, as one of the marketplaces that fills the Indonesian market, has the status of being the youngest player and also the most popular compared to other competing marketplaces such as Tokopedia and Bukalapak, each of which has previously provided e-marketplace services in Indonesia.</em> <em>Therefore, this research aims to uncover the basis of this phenomenon through analyzing the influence of online customer reviews, discounts, and the tagline "free shipping" on purchasing decisions by active Shopee Marketplace users, especially in Denpasar.</em></p> <p><em>The population in this study is consumers who have shopped at Shopee. The samples in this study used purposive sampling techniques, namely consumers who met the criteria set by researchers with a total of 150 respondents. <p><em>Work morale is one of the keys to a company achieving its goals. If work morale is low it will hinder the organization from achieving its goals. Work morale will show the extent to which employees are passionate about carrying out their duties and responsibilities within the company. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, communication and career development on employee morale at PT. Taman Burung Citra Bali International. The sample in this study amounted to 59 employees at PT. Citra Bali International Bird Park. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 25 program. Based on the results of this research analysis, it shows that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Taman Burung Citra Bali International. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Taman Burung Citra Bali International. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. <p><em>The company's biggest contribution to achieving optimal company performance and operations can be seen in employee performance. The theory used in this research is the Balance Theory. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style, financial compensation, and organizational climate on employee performance. The research population was all employees of PT. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia-Balinusa Operations, totaling 80 people, with the research sample using the entire population of 80 people using the Census Method. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test and t Test. The research results show that the variables of leadership style, financial compensation, and organizational climate each have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used by PT. <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Companies and government agencies want optimal employee performance in the interests of increasing work results and company and agency profits. There are many factors that influence employee performance, including organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction. Likewise, at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office, organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction are factors that can influence employee performance. There is attention and findings regarding issues of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction in an effort to improve and improve employee performance in accordance with the aim of this research to determine the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office. The population in this study was 158 people. The number of samples in this study was 105 people. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application.</em></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office.
