To create high employee performance, organizations must be able to provide training to their employees which is accompanied by a disciplined attitude from the employees to carry out their duties so that they can increase their overall productivity and can increase their job satisfaction which ultimately has an impact on their increased performance. This research aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the mediating role of job satisfaction on the influence of education and training (diklat) and work discipline on employee performance at the Bisma Eight Hotel and Villa. The population in this study were 139 employees who worked at the Bisma Eight Hotel and Villa. The sample in this study was 58 people using the Slovin formula. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS 3.0. The results of the research show that: 1) education and training (diklat) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) education and training (training) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 4 ) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 6) job satisfaction is able to be a mediating variable on the effect of training on employee performance, and 7) job satisfaction is able to be a mediating variable on the effect of discipline work on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods. This research was conducted in Klungkung Regency and Grabfood users in Klungkung Regency are the population in this study whose exact number is not known. The sample size was determined 5 times the number of indicators so that a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. Primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 2) promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 3) price perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The sample in this research was all employees of PT Artha Devata Utama, totaling 51 people. Data collection in this research was carried out using interview and questionnaire methods. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the role of internal locus of control in moderating the influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance. The population in this study was all 55 employees within the Rectorate of Mahasaraswati University Denpasar. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that employee work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Employees' organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The influence of work motivation on employee performance increases due to the moderating effect of internal locus of control at the Mahasaraswati University Rectorate. This research is still very possible to be developed because work motivation, organizational commitment, internal locus of control are only able to explain employee performance by 43.5% (percent). The location of this study is at the Bangli District Health Office. The population used employees at the Bangli District Health Office and a sample of 64 employees determined by saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Correlation Test, Coefficient of Determination, F Test and t Test. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative design. The sample taken was 100 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling, so that the respondents were customers of PT. PelitaAir Service Denpasar. Questionnaires,observations, literature reviews, and interviews are some of the methods utilized in the data collection process.Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 is the methodology employed.</em></p> <p><em style="font-weight: 400;">The results of this study show that transformational leadership at Angelo Natural Skin Care's Products Store Company,Gianyar Regency, has a favorable and statistically significant impact on staff performance. At Angelo Natural Skin Care'sProducts Company, Gianyar Regency, career development has a major and favorable impact on employee performance.Workplace conflicts at Gianyar Regency's Angelo's Products Natural Skin Care Store Company have a major anddetrimental impact on employees' performance. This research aims to find out and explain E-Word of Mouth, Brand Trust, and E-Service Quality on Usage Decisions. The sample in this research was 96 respondents who were e-commerce Shopee users in Denpasar City. Determining the sample in this research used a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis. For success in a company, employees who have good performance are needed because this performance will determine the extent of the employee's ability to carry out the tasks assigned to him. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of work family conflict, compensation, and self-efficacy on employee performance at the Badung Regency Agriculture Service. The population in this study were 56 employees of the Badung Regency Agriculture Service. The sample in this study was 56 respondents who were determined based on the saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Regarding the sample, the sample in this study consisted of 50 people who were determined using the census method or saturated sample. This research uses a number of data collection methods, both primary data and secondary data consisting of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. To analyze the data, this research used five methods, including research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, determination analysis, and t test.</em></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>The research results show that Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sari Rambut Abuan Bangli.
