Abstract

This study aims to describe the types of speech acts used by speech therapists when handling clients. The data in this study are speech therapist speech when handling clients. The source of the data in this study were Speech Therapists, totaling 4 people. The data collection technique in this study was the listening method with observation techniques and note-taking techniques as a follow-up technique. The author listens and observes the use of language by speech therapists when handling speech therapy on clients. The data analysis method used is qualitative data analysis techniques.
