FENOMENA SOSIAL SEPERTI PERUBAHAN SIKAP TERHADAP HOMOSEKSUAL DI INDONESIA

Abstract

Homosexuality is a very taboo subject in Indonesian society. Homosexual is a deviant sexual orientation, namely someone who likes or loves the same sex. As an example that is happening now is Gay, Lesbian, etc. Some people also think that homosexuality is a disease that can be transmitted. Homosexuals often get discriminatory behavior just because of their sexual orientation. Discriminatory behavior is carried out by individuals because of personal and social factors. Every individual has a different view of homosexuality. There are those who think it's something that should be avoided, there are also those who think it's only natural. In Indonesia, homosexual cases are strongly opposed because they are against norms, religious values, culture, and existing laws in Indonesia. Their pattern of life is the same as society in general. They do work and other activities (Alamsyah, 2019). But not everyone is against the existence of homosexuals, this is due to different perspectives and perspectives on homosexuals. The purpose of this research is to find out how society views homosexuality from different perspectives.
