PERAN INSTAGRAM SEBAGAI MEDIA PENDIDIKAN SEKSUAL BAGI REMAJA

Abstract

The use of Instagram as a source of information media that is often used by many people to make the development of the digital era increasingly rapid through social media. People who create content or called content creators display and disseminate content with various themes, including sexual education. Learning about sex is most widely discussed and obtained from teachers in an educational institution or parents. It is known, the digital era whose technology has advanced should be paid more attention to realizing this, content creators are used as a source and means of sexual education in this study. This research was applied on Instagram through content creator accounts that disseminate information with sexual education content on an ongoing basis. There is a purpose of sexual education content for adolescents on Instagram accounts that are quite effective as a medium in sharing sexual education, especially for teenagers who mostly follow technological developments.
