Abstrak

This research aims to find out whether the NGEJOT application can be a solution to reducing food waste in Indonesia. Food waste is food waste produced at the consumer level which reaches 300 kg per capita every year in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative methods with literature studies, interviews, and data editing. The research results show that the NGEJOT application can be an alternative solution by integrating technology and the Balinese "ngejot" culture, namely sharing food that is still fit for consumption with those in need. This research provides practical and theoretical benefits in the field of food fulfillment and food waste reduction
