Abstrak

The problem behind this research is the increasing number of patients who visit the public health center, especially at the Puskesmas Kerambitan 2 in Kerambitan Village. This resulted in crowded or jammed queues at the puskesmas. In addition, the lack of digitization of health services is one of the factors for the congestion in the queues for the puskesmas. Coupled with the existence of covid- 19 which requires that places are not crowded withpeople. Therefore, the researcher offers SISPEC (Service and Information System Of Public Health Center): Website for Information Services for Public Health Centers in the Kerambitan Area. This study aims to: 1) analyze the results of the R&D process from the SISPEC website, 2) analyze the UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) design from the SISPEC website, and 3) analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of the SISPEC website system for services and information systems at the Puskesmas. Kerambitan 2. The type of research used is R&D development research (Research and Development) with themodel, ADDIE namely conducting analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of research. The subjects in this research are the people of Kerambitan Village, especially the people who often go to the Kerambitan 2 Health Center and the object of this research is the SISPEC website. The results in this study are in the form of the SISPEC website which can be accessed by everyone. Based on the results of the questionnaires that have been distributed, the number of UI/UXdesign analysis (User Interface/User Experience) on the attractiveness of the appearance of the SISPEC website is 80.98% with 79 respondents. Based on the results of the questionnaire test for media experts and material experts, it can be concluded that the SISPEC website is very feasible to be implemented as a support service and information system at the Kerambitan Health Center 2.
