EDURANSI: WEBSITE EDUKASI ASURANSI SEBAGAI SOLUSI ATAS KESENJANGAN PERTUMBUHAN LITERASI DAN INKLUSI ASURANSI BAGI SISWA DI KELAS XII 1 SMAN 1 TABANAN

The low level of insurance penetration and inclusion in Indonesia indicates a gap between the growth of insurance literacy and the inclusion of insurance products, particularly among the younger generation. In fact, young people represent a strategic group in fostering awareness and long-term financial planning. This study aims to examine the effect of the EduRansi website as a digital educational medium on improving insurance knowledge among Grade XII-1 students of SMA Negeri 1 Tabanan. This research employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental onegroup pre-test–post-test design. The research subjects consisted of 33 students who were given a pre-test, followed by a treatment in the form of using the EduRansi website, and a post-test. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability, while data analysis was conducted using the Shapiro–Wilk normality test and the paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant increase in students’ insurance knowledge scores after using the EduRansi website. The paired sample t-test produced a significance value of less than 0.05, indicating that the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted. This finding proves that the EduRansi websitehas a significant effect on improving students’ insurance knowledge. With interactive features such as Pojok Baca, Forum Asuransi, Quotes Asuransi, and EduBot, the EduRansi website is able to present insurance materials in a systematic, easy-to-understand manner that is relevant to adolescents’ daily lives. Therefore, EduRansi can serve as an effective alternative digital learning medium for enhancing insurance literacy among the younger generation and supporting efforts to increase insurance inclusion in Indonesia.
