"IND-ONE-CARD" INOVASI KARTU BERBASIS AUGMENTED REALITY(AR) SEBAGAI MEDIA EDUKASI UNTUKANAK-ANAK DALAM MENGENAL KEBUDAYAAN NUSANTARA

Abstrak

Indonesia is a wide archipelago country and rich in cultural diversity. Each area has different
traditions and cultures, including dance, music, customary clothing, food, and trust system.
However, globalization and modernization presents a major challenge for traditional cultural
sustainability, such as reduced the interest of young generations on local culture. One of the efforts
to introduce Indonesian culture is to utilize technology, such as Augmented Reality (AR), in learning
media. This study developed a generation of AR-based learning-based in the card-based, named
"IND-ONE-CARD", to help children know the cultural of the archipelago. The formulation of the
problem we ask in this study is: 1. How do the development of "IND-ONE-CARD" learning media
in Augmented Reality (AR) card innovation as a education medium for children in recognizing the
cultural archipelago through the stages of Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, and
Evaluation? 2. To what extent can "IND-ONE-CARD" learning media increase a child's
understanding of Nusantara culture? The goal is to increase children's interest, motivation, and
understanding of Indonesian culture. The research method used is R & D (Research and
Development), with ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). The
development results show that the media is very in demand, with a high satisfaction index: 88.35%
for the aspect of interest, 93.17% for use, and 90.67% for educational aspects. In addition, the use
of "IND-ONE-CARD" managed to improve the understanding of children about the cultural
archipelago, from 23.3% of a complete understanding of 100% of children who received the score
above 60. This study indicates that AR technology can be an effective tool to introduce and preserve
Indonesian culture in the younger generation.
