The effectiveness of the accounting information system has a positive impact on the company. Many accounting information systems are provided with the goal of making it easier for accountants to produce reliable, timely, accurate, complete, and easy-to-understand information. This study aimed to determine the impact of skills, work experience, task complexity, information technology sophistication, and management involvement on the effectiveness of accounting information systems in savings and loan cooperatives in the Marga district. is. The study population consisted of 232 of her employees who worked for savings and credit unions in the Marga district, with a total sample meeting his criteria of 63 employees. Sampling using non-probabilistic sampling methods with directed sampling methods. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that the functionality and complexity of the task do not affect the effectiveness of the financial information system of the Savings and Loan Cooperative in Marga District. Work experience has a negative impact on the effectiveness of accounting information systems. On the other hand, the sophistication of information technology and the involvement of management have a positive impact on the effectiveness of the financial information system of the Marga District Savings and Loan Cooperative.
