Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the variables of Credit Risk, The number of Customers, Operational Cost Operational Revenue (BOPO), and Capital Adequacy on Profitability. Profitability is corporate ability to produce profits effectively and efficiently. This research is based on the phenomenon of increasing and decreasing profits of Lembaga Perkreditan Desa  on Denpasar city in 2016-2019. The  study  was  conducted on Lembaga Perkreditan Desa on Denpasar city conducted in 2017-2019 with a total sample of 35 and observation of 105. The method of determining the sample used was purposive  sampling,  namely  the  technique  of  sampling  data  sources  with  certain considerations. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Capital Adequacy have a positive effect Profitability of Lembaga Perkreditan Desa  on Denpasar city in 2017-2019. Variables of Operational Cost Operational Revenue (BOPO) have a negative effect Profitability of Lembaga Perkreditan Desa  on Denpasar city in 2017-2019. While Credit Risk and The Number of Customers do not affect Profitability of Lembaga Perkreditan Desa  on Denpasar city in 2017-2019.
