PENGARUH KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL, KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, PENGETAHUAN, KEPERCAYAAN DAN PELATIHAN SISTEM INFORMASI BERBASIS KOMPUTER PADA KINERJA INDIVIDUAL DI PT. LARIS MANIS UTAMA CABANG BALI

Abstract

A computer-based information system is a system in which there is an interaction betweet HR as executor and machines as a tool to process and convert data into information needed by management to plan, control and operate a business. This study aims to determine the influence of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, knowledge, belief and computer-based information system training on individual performance at PT. Laris Manis Utama Cabang Bali, amounting to 98 people, while the sample was 58 people. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling method. While the analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of knowledge, belief and training in computer-based infprmation systems had a positive effect on individual performence, while spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence had no effect on individual performance.
