Pengaruh Penyaluran Kredit, Manajemen Risiko, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Tata Kelola Lembaga, dan Inovasi Digital terhadap Keberlanjutan LPD Desa Adat Batur

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of credit disbursement, risk management, community participation, institutional governance, and digital innovation on the sustainability of the Village Credit Institution (LPD) of Batur Customary Village. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents comprising management, operational staff, internal supervisors, customary leaders, and active LPD customers. The sample size was determined using Slovin's formula, and respondents were selected via proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that credit disbursement, community participation, institutional governance, and digital innovation have a positive and significant effect on LPD sustainability, whereas risk management does not have a significant effect. Institutional governance emerged as the dominant factor, exhibiting the highest regression coefficient (0.437). An Adjusted R-Square value of 0.628 indicates that 62.8% of the variation in LPD sustainability is explained by the five independent variables, while 37.2% is influenced by other factors. These findings underscore the urgency of strengthening governance, enhancing community participation, optimizing credit disbursement, and accelerating digital transformation to ensure the long-term sustainability of the LPD.
