The development of Information Technology is taking place very rapidly, many companies have switched to the use of computer-based information systems because it will make it easier and faster for management to get input information, but in terms of implementation it will not be free from problems such as the system used in the company, software errors occur and no malfunction of equipment, such as hardware failure. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of information technology sophistication, user involvement, education level, organizational size and top management support on the performance of the accounting information system (SIA) (at the Rural Bank (BPR) in Kediri District). The sample of this research is purposive sampling by taking certain considerations, the sample is 155 people. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the sophistication of information technology, user involvement, education level, organizational size and top management support had a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on the performance of accounting information systems (SIA). Future research can develop this using independent variables such as SIA Effectiveness, Incentives, Training Programs and Knowledge Managers.
