Abstract

Kine Company is the result or performance good managerial management that is expected to increase a company's goals. LPD performance is the result of management decisions to achieve a goal effectively and efficiently. The quality of each company is said to be good if the level of performance of the company it manages is high or maximum. LPDs in Mengwi District have strong competitiveness and strong appeal as funding for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Thus it is necessary to conduct research on how the performance of Village Credit Institutions (LPD) in the benchmark of the four variables, namely the internal control system, organizational culture, work discipline and the function of the supervisory body.

The population used in this study were all LPDs in Mengwi District, namely 37 LPDs and the total sample was 74 people consisting of 37 LPD employees and 37 LPD heads. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the test instrument used was multiple linear regression analysis.

The results showed that the Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, and the Function of the Supervisory Agency had a positive effect on LPD performance, while the Internal Control System had no effect on the LPD performance in Mengwi District, Badung Regency.
