Investing is one way to manage finances. When someone is interested in investing, that person already has sufficient financial knowledge or literacy regarding current economic conditions and is supported by an attitude in managing finances well (Financial Behavior). This research is quantitative research with data collection methods using questionnaires distributed to 101 students of the accounting study program at Triatma Mulya University. This research was assisted by the SPSS 22 statistical tool. To improve employee performance, it is necessary to have high competency and good work motivation so that employees are increasingly encouraged to carry out their duties so that they can increase their overall productivity. This research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of competence on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable at KOPPAS Srinadi Printing and Convection Unit. The population and sample in this research were all employees at KOPPAS Srinadi Divorce and Convection Unit, totaling 31 employees. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS version 3.0. The research results show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation is able to mediate the effect of competence on employee performance.</em></p> Ni Kadek Indah Krisnayanti Anak Agung Dwi Widyani Tiara Carina Copyright (c) 2024 2024-04-02 2024-04-02 14 1 12 27 ANALISIS ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) PADA PERUMDA PASAR SEWAKADARMA SEBAGAI PUSAT PEMASARAN UMKM KOTA DENPASAR https://e-journal.unmas.ac.id/index.php/juima/article/view/8833 <p><em>Organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) is behavior shown by employees in concrete actions in the form of completing work beyond the formal obligations set by </em>the<em> company, but can support organizational function effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment and work motivation on OCB. This research conducted at Perumda Pasar Sewakadarma Kota Denpasar with a population of 122 employees. Determining the number of samples was carried out using the slovin formula so that a sample of 94 employees was obtained and the sample determination method used was sample random sampling. Primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire consisting of thirty-two statement items as measured by a likert scale with five answer choices. Hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple linear analysis techniques consisting of a determination test, t test and f test. The result of this study indicate that organizational culture, organizational commitment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on OCB at Perumda Pasar Sewakadarma Kota Denpasar. BPR SANTI PALA https://e-journal.unmas.ac.id/index.php/juima/article/view/8835 <p><em>The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating role of motivation on the effect of work discipline and work experience on the performance of employees of PT BPR Santi Pala. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. The research population is employees of PT BPR Santi Pala, namely 38 employees who work at the company. Sampling using the saturated sample method using the SEM-PLS model. SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using SmartPLS, it shows that: Hypothesis 1 (H1) is accepted because the t-statistic value is 3.569&gt; t-table 1.96 and the p-values are 0.000 &lt;0.05. Hypothesis testing on H2 and H3 is also accepted because the p-values are smaller than 0.05. In addition, the mediation hypotheses H4 and H5 are accepted because the p-values are smaller than 0.05. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach in this research is quantitative, the population of this research is all employees of Panggungrejo District, Pasuruan City, totaling 46 people. The sample is 44 people with total sampling technique. In this study, data analysis used SEM and PLS software. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that leadership, communication, motivation and job satisfaction of employees in Panggungrejo District, Pasuruan City are in the high category. Leadership has a significant positive influence on employee motivation. Communication has a significant positive effect on employee motivation. Leadership has an insignificant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Communication has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Commercial Banks in operating their duties as financial organizations/institutions are required to be able to relate to many people. However, from a different perspective, the challenges and dangers of corona virus infection are the main source of problems that weaken this sector. Likewise, during the post-Covid-19 pandemic, the banking sector was required to make policies to recover from the decline in performance due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to carry out an analysis of banking service digitization strategies in the context of recovering and improving bank performance after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study takes research subjects from the management of commercial banks that have used digital technology in Bali. The technique used in this study is a qualitative method/or technique. The results of his research are digitalization strategies used by commercial banks in recovering and improving performance in the post-pandemic period, namely digital transformation strategies, commercial bank fintech product innovation strategies, bank collaboration strategies with fintech service providers, and collaboration strategies with institutions/institutions.
