Balinese distilled fermented drink, is a traditional alcoholic drink of Arak, Tuak and typical of Arak. For that reason, it is very important to pay attention to and pay attention to local wisdom, which is very wise in dealing with alcohol, because after all, traditional drinks function in con, such as in traditional ceremonies. In order to maintain, protect and protect local drinks, the Bali Regional Government stipulates a Governor Regulation Number 1 of cc2020 concerning the Governance of Balinese Fermented and Distilled Drinks. However, in maintaining and not accompanied by a history of disease in Bali which resulted in the onset of this disease, it can be found everywhere and can be obtained by all. Various types of traditional Balinese drinks are offered by business actors to make it easier for consumers to choose their preferred Balinese drinks. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of the implementation of Bali Governor Regulation Number 1 of 2020 against the prohibition of selling Balinese fermented and distilled beverages. To investigate and examine the obstacles that hinder the implementation of Bali Governor Regulation No. 1 of 2020 against the prohibition of selling Balinese fermented and distilled beverages. In discussing the problems that occur using descriptive empirical legal research. The researcher analyzes the obstacles that support and hinder the effectiveness of the Governor's Regulation No. 1 of 2020 against the prohibition of selling Balinese fermented and distilled beverages.
