Abstract

This study explores how code switching affects the teaching and learning process in bilingual environments. Through a qualitative approach, classroom interactions and bilingual content such as podcasts were analyzed. The findings suggest that code switching, when used strategically, enhances learning outcomes and strengthens cultural identity, although overuse may hinder target language acquisition.
