Abstrak

The research objectives are to analyze 1. Marketing costs, marketing margins, farmer share, 2. To know marketing channels. The analytical methods used include marketing margin analysis, farmer share analysis and marketing efficiency analysis. This research was conducted from June to August 2021. The research location was determined by purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study were determined as many as 30 farmers by simple random sampling method and marketing institutions determined as many as 8 respondents by snowball sampling method, consisting of 4 collectors, 4 retailers. Based on the results of research on marketing costs, marketing margins, farm share, marketing efficiency, the following results are obtained: 1. The marketing cost earned on channel I is IDR 1,000/kg while the marketing cost earned on channel II is IDR 4,500/kg.2. The marketing margin obtained in channel I is Rp. 2000/kg while the marketing margin obtained in channel II is Rp. 5,500/kg. Farmer share obtained in channel I is 56%, while the Farmer share obtained in channel II is 50%.4 The efficiency obtained in channel I is 22% more efficient than channel II, namely the efficiency value is 56%. Marketing channel I is the shortest channel consisting of (farmers-traders-collectors-consumers) with the lowest marketing costs of Rp. 1,000. However, it can be suggested that to increase the price received by farmers, it is necessary to strive for shorter marketing channels. Besides that, it is also expected that the government will increase the frequency of providing counseling, especially knowledge about marketing cabbage to farmers in Batur Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency
