Abstract

The Nontunai Toll Transaction uses technology based on electronic money (E-Money) cards and / or Non-cash Transactions that use non-touch-based technology. With the implementation of the Nontunai Toll Transaction fully implemented, all toll roads do not accept cash transactions. As long as the toll usage transaction must use electronic money (e-money), with the aim that transactions on the toll road are more effective, efficient, safe and comfortable and not jammed. Apart from the value of non-cash transaction services (e-mony) the use of tolls on security issues and risks is still stalled in non-toll road transaction transactions and related juridical issues are also guaranteed legal certainty on the protection of consumers of toll road users.
