Abstract

The title of this paper is role victim in doing an injustice of thief happen. This paper with background of Indonesian is a developing country, criminal rate especially property in developing country increase. One of the criminal is a crime in to thief property. This study of writing this article is to analyse a thief victim happen. This study is a normative legal research and which use the literature approach under the government ordinance. This article conclusion is one of the victim factor are contribute indirectly, stimulate criminal act of those thief. Criminal sanctions by judges into thief criminal, purpose ditterent effect against the perpetrators the crime.

Ni Nyoman Ayu Sisilia Tri Handayani, Notaris/PPAT Luh Putu Herlina Devi, SWP,S.H.,MKn

The author is the third child of three siblings and was born on December 7, 1990 in Tabanan. The author completed her S1 study at the Faculty of Law at Udayana University in 2012. After that the author worked for one of the Private Banks in Denpasar and after that worked as a Notary / PPAT staff Luh Putu Herlina Devi, SWP, SH, MKn in the Tabanan area until finally at this time took Special Advocate Professional Education at Mahendradatta University, Denpasar.
