Abstract

This research is the juridical normative legal research using the conceptual approach to legislation, approach and approach the case. The collection of materials through the method of the study of literature, with primary or secondary law. Further legal materials are examined and analyzed with the approaches used in this research to answer the legal issues in this study. The results of this research indicate: corporate crime is crime that is organized which not only involves the Corporation itself but also to involve the organs or administrators in corporations.Under the rules unwittingly had violated the principle of Nebis in idem. so in terms of criminal liability against a corporation that is not incorporated the law often was ruling not just against the corporations but also against its administrator.
