Abstract

ABSTRACT his paper aims to describe the use of the level of knowledge dimension and cognitive processes dimension of Revised oom's Taxonomy in learning Fractions material. The writing method is a literature review of the knowledge mension and cognitive process dimension of the Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy. Knowledge dimension is divided into (four) types of knowledge, namely Factual, Conceptual, Procedural and Metacognitive, while the dimensions of ognitive processes consist of 6 (six) processes namely Remembering (C1), Understanding (C2), Applying (C3), nalyzing (C4), Evaluating (C5) and Creating (C6). The focus of this paper is to construct mathematical learning goals and cognitive items in Fraction learning based on the knowledge dimension and cognitive processes dimension n Revised Bloom's Taxonomy. The Fractions material that is applied is the Fractions material found at the elementary hool and junior high school. Through this paper, mathematics teachers, especially at elementary and junior high hool level, who teach learning Fractions material are expected to be able to get inspiration regarding the use of the nowledge dimension and cognitive process dimension of Revised Bloom's Taxonomy on math learning objectives and ognitive math problems.
