Critical thinking ability is an ability possessed by humans to think based on konowledge that is owned and can be accounted for. In measuring this critical thinking ability one of the characteristics that can be used is the cognitive style of students. Besides cognitive style, google classroom is also used as a learning media. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of applying the google classroom based problem based learning model on critical thinking skill in the terms of student’s cognitive style. The study design used quasy exprimentasl design using the pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design study design. The research was conducted at SMAN 5 Denpasar. The population in this study were all student of class Xl SMAN 5 Denpasar. The sample in the study was taken using simple random sampling technique. Data collection technique in this study wereusing essay test questions and cognitive style questionnaires. The result of the test question of the test question using a computer test equipment, namely SPSS, using a Two Way Anova measuring instrument. The result of the study that 1) there is a difference in the value of critical thinking skills based on the learning model used with a significant level P=0.000<0.05, 2) there is the influence of students cognitive skills with a significant level of value P=0.002><0.005, 3) there is no interaction between cognitive style and learning models on critical thinking skill with a significant level of value P=0.123>0,05. The use of google classroom based problem based learning model on critical thinking skills in terms of students cognitive style has increased after the application of treatment, and the students cognitive style influence student critical thinking skills. And there is no influence interaction between cognitive style and learning models on critical thinking skill
