PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, INDEPEDENSI DAN PERILAKU ETIS TERHADAP KINERJA AUDITOR INTERNAL PEMERINTAH KOTA DENPASAR

Abstract

This study aims to analysis affecting emotional intelligence, indepedensi, and behaviour ethicaling to commanding internal auditor performance Denpasar's City. The sample in this study were auditor in Inspektorat Denpasar's with 33 auditor. Analysis is data that is utilized in this research is statistical descriptive, classic assuming quiz, analisis is bifilar linear regression. The result of showed that appreciative emotional intelligence variable signifikannya is 0,001 smaller of 0,05 and influential signifikan to auditor performances. Indepedensi by assesses signifikannya is 0,003 smaller of 0,05 signifikan's influential ones to auditor performances. Ethical behaviour with appreciative signifikan 0,001 ascendant positiving to auditor performance and smaller of 0,05.
