Abstract

Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) is a financial institution belonging to the Pakraman village community in Bali Province. An LPD is said to be able to be seen from the ability of the LPD to make a profit. To get a profitability, the LPD must pay attention to the factors that can affect profitability. The study was conducted to see the influence of the effect of turnover rate, credit turnover rate, operating income operating costs (BOPO), capital adequacy level and number of customers on LPD profitability in Denpasar City for the period 2017-2019. This research was conducted at Denpasar City LPLPD which consisted of 35 LPDs used as samples and was carried out by using purposive sampling technique. Where the data analysis technique used in this study analysis regress linear multiple. Based on the analysis results, it can be seen that the variable rate of credit turnover and the level of capital adequacy has a positive effect on profitability. Operating variable operating income (BOPO) has a negative effect on the profitability of the LPD. Meanwhile, the cash turnover rate variable and the number of customers did not affect the LPD's profitability.
