Abstract

Firm value is an important benchmark for shareholders and potential investors, the better the company value, the more it will attract investors to invest. The company's performance, which is proxied by leverage ratios, market ratios and profitability ratios, will determine the company's value in the eyes of investors. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of leverage ratios, market ratios, profitability ratios and company size on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019.The research popolation is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The sample in this study were 132 based on purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Debt to Equity Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, and Return On Assets had no effect on firm value, while the Dividend Payout Ratio, Return On Equity, and firm size has a positive effect on firm value. Further research can develop this research by adding other variables which in theory have an influence on firm value and adding to the research period or changing the sample used.
