PENGARUH PERPUTARAN KAS, PERTUMBUHAN KREDIT, PERPUTARAN KREDIT, KECUKUPAN MODAL, DAN BOPO TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS LPD

Abstract

Services in the financial sector in rural areas are very important in supporting national development in order to improve people's lives. In Bali area, a financial institution called the Rural Credit Institutions (LPD). One indicator to assess whether an LPD is healthy or not can be seen from its profitability growth. This study aims to analyze the effect of cash turnover rates, credit growth rates, credit turnover rates, capital adequacy levels, and BOPO on the profitability of Rural Credit Institutions (LPD) in Denpasar City for the period 2017 - 2019. The population of this study were 35 LPD registered in LPLPD Denpasar City area in 2017 - 2019. The sample in the study was 34 LPD with the sampling technique using purposive sampling method, while the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the variable cash turnover rate and credit growth rate had no effect on profitability, the variable rate of credit turnover and the level of capital adequacy had a positive effect on profitability and the BOPO variable had a negative effect on the profitability of LPD in Denpasar City for the period 2017-2019.
