Abstract

The researcher work focused upon the various stories of Lechon Business Entrepreneurs. After collecting data through a series of
interviews and undergoing processes to describe the primary objective of this research. We were able to explain in detail the challenges, expertise, the relationship among employees and customers, history, experiences and their way of business management. This study intended to explore and discover the story of lechon owners here in Bacolod City. Enormous information was gathered through a face-to-face interview, done three times (3) with three three conversation partners. After listening and brainstorming of all the discussions multiple times, the researchers then presented the transcription to each conversation partners for verification.
