Abstract

Transformational leadership is described as a leader who encourages his followers to work towards goals, achievements and selfactualization to achieve good performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture is the belief, values, and attitude used to supervise employees starting from how to work together and work. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the Effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate and Spa. This research population consists of 120 employees. The sample in this study were 92 people who were determined based on the method Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Meanwhile, Organizational
Culture has a positive and significant effect on performance. Further
research can develop this research by using other variables which
theoretically have an influence on performance
